what I did

I built gameplay systems and the enemy AI, and did the optimization work for both ways of playing, in VR and on a normal screen. Iragon took five years to ship, and it's the biggest project I've worked on. Built in Unreal Engine 4.

the hard part

Iragon is one game that plays both in VR and on a normal screen. The hard part was balancing the two so neither one felt like a cut-down port of the other: every feature had to work, and feel right, with a headset on and in front of a monitor.
